Distribución de formularios. Los formularios previstos en este decreto serán entregados en forma gratuita por las entidades administradoras, quienes deberán garantizar una distribución suficiente. Cuando se trate de formularios físicos los aportantes podrán utilizar, para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones, fotocopia de ellos.
