Las demás condiciones que regulen el seguro de desempleo para deudores de créditos hipotecarios para la financiación de vivienda de interés social serán señaladas en la póliza que para el efecto contrate el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras, incluyendo las prácticas que usualmente apliquen las compañías aseguradoras que tengan autorizado este ramo de seguros.
