° En virtud de esta reserva el terreno baldío de que se trata no será denunciable desde la promulgación de este Decreto, ni podrá ser ocupado en forma alguna, cultivado ni adjudicado a ningún título, y será por consiguiente nula la adjudicación que de él se haga fuera de lo previsto en este artículo.
