La confesión no tiene valor ninguno: 1º cuando verse sobre hechos que no hayan podido suceder por ser contrarios a leyes físicas o a ciencias exactas; 2º cuando verse sobre hechos en que la ley no admite la prueba de confesión; 3º cuando se rinde por quien no puede contraer la obligación que de ella resulte; 4º cuando se rescinde por error de hecho, o por falta de cordura mental del que confiesa.
