º Apruébanse los siguientes Estatutos Internos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena, establecidos por Acuerdo número 012 de marzo 13 de 1986. ACUERDO NUMERO 012 DE 1986 (marzo 13) "por el cual se adoptan los Estatutos Internos de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena". La Junta Directiva de la Zona Franca Industrial y Comercial de Cartagena, en uso de sus facultades legales, en especial la que le confiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 109 de 1985, y oído el concepto de la Secretaría de Administración Pública de la Presidencia de la República, ACUERDA:
