º La diligencia notarial, cuando la escritura se firma fuera de la notaria, causan derecho adicional de $ 100.00 sea que se verifique en horas hábiles o inhábiles. Si en la diligencia participan cooperativas, establecimientos bancarios que tengan por principal actividad suministrar vivienda a las clases trabajadoras, los institutos públicos descentralizados, funcionario s públicos que actúen tal carácter o enfermos inhabilitados para concurrir a la notaria, el derecho adicional será solo de $ 50.00. No hay lugar al cobro de derechos adicionales de que trata este artículo cuando los actos se otorguen ante los notarios con ocasión de las visitas que practiquen a los municipios del circuito distintos al de su cabecera, a menos que el funcionario haya sido llamado especialmente por los otorgantes para tal efecto.
