Créase el cargo de Secretario Auxiliar, con el carácter de supernumerario, del Tribunal Supremo de Aduanas, con la asignación mensual de $ 180, y nómbrase para desempeñar dicho cargo al señor Joaquín Borda.

El gasto que ocasione el presente Decreto se aplicará al capítulo 24, artículo 70, del Presupuesto vigente.
