ARTICULO 55. Si el Superintendente tiene conocimiento de que se adelanta alguna actuación judicial o administrativa en contravención a lo dispuesto en este título, librará oficio al juez o funcionario respectivo para que remita el expediente. El incumplimiento de este deber por el juez o funcionario requerido lo hará incurrir en mala conducta, salvo que pruebe causa justificativa.
