Cuando se trate de trabajos habituales o permanentes en domingo, el {empleador} debe fijar un lugar público del establecimiento, con anticipación de doce (12) horas por lo menos, la relación del personal de trabajadores que por razones del servicio no puede disponer del descanso dominical. En esta relación se incluirán también el día y las horas de descanso compensatorio.
