Además de los aspectos contemplados en la presente ley en materia de ética, se aplicará lo dispuesto en la legislación transnacional de archivos, tales como el Código de Ética Profesional, Convención de La Haya, Convención de Tráfico Ilícito, adoptada por la Unesco, en lo pertinente y demás Tratados y Convenios Internacionales ratificados por Colombia en materia de archivística.
