Tan pronto quede sancionada la presente Ley la Nación asumirá la orientación técnica-pedagógica de los colegios de bachillerato de Pivijay y El Banco, y dictará las providencias necesarias por conducto del Ministerio de Educación para dotación y funcionamiento regular de dichos planteles.
