º Los Oficiales que por cualquier circunstancia sean retirados de la institución, a excepción de los retirados por mala conducta, pasarán a formar parte del Escalafón de Oficiales de Reserva, que elaborará también anualmente la Dirección General, por intermedio de la Sección de Personal y preferentemente podrán ser llamados por el Gobierno en caso de turbación del orden público y por el tiempo estrictamente necesario.
