ARTICULO 6° Asistencia técnica. Corresponde a la Dirección Seccional de Salud las funciones de capacitación, asistencia técnica, vigilancia y control del proceso de elaboración del manual específico de funciones y requisitos en los organismos comprendidos en el presente Decreto. Compete al Ministerio de Salud orientar y dirigir a las Direcciones Seccionales de Salud en el cumplimiento de las funciones atribuidas en el inciso anterior.
