Los vendedores del Juego de Apuestas Permanentes que entreguen parte o el valor total de las apuestas a concesionarios distintos a aquel con el cual laboran, se harán acreedoras a una multa de dos mil pesos <$ 2.000) y treinta mil pesos í$ 30.000) para el concesionario implicado, sin perjuicio de declarar la caducidad del contrato y la revocatoria de la licencia.
