Los Ingenieros y Comisarios inspectores no podrán, bajo la pena de prevaricadores, recibir comisiones de ninguna empresa pública de conducciones y transportes, aunque se trate de una empresa diferente de aquella en la cual ejerzan sus funciones, ni desempeñarles trabajos, sean ó nó remunerados, ni recibir de ellas sueldos, emolumentos, gratificaciones ó pagos, ni hacer con ellas contrato alguno.
