Art. 61. Toda persona tiene derecho a impedir que su retrato o busto se exponga o venda sin su autorización; pero no podrá impedir su posesión a un mercader de buena fe sino mediante una equitativa indemnización. La reproducción o venta de un retrato o busto de persona muerta no podrá hacerse sin permiso de la familia. La concesión definitiva o perpetua de publicar y vender un retrato solo puede resultar de un contrato formal.
