Art. 19. Las llaves de los almacenes de tabaco estarán a cargo del factor, interventor i fiel de almacenes como responsables mancomunadamente de la especie almacenada. Los caudales de la factoría se conservaran en arca biclave; una de las llaves la tendrá el factor i otra el interventor.
