Las reclamaciones y apelaciones que se presenten contra lo resuelto por las comisiones escrutadoras no exime a éstas de la obligación de hacer el cómputo total de votos, el cual anotarán en el acta del escrutinio so pena de incurrir en la sanción prevista en el artículo 9o. de esta Ley.
