Informe Del Investigador De Campo

El informe del investigador de campo tendrá las siguientes características:

Descripción clara y precisa de la forma, técnica e instrumentos utilizados en la actividad investigativa a que se refiere el informe;

Descripción clara y precisa de los resultados de la actividad investigativa antes mencionada;

Relación clara y precisa de los elementos materiales probatorios y evidencia física descubiertos, así como de su recolección, embalaje y sometimiento a cadena de custodia;

Acompañará el informe con el registro de las entrevistas e interrogatorios que hubiese realizado.
