Artículo primero. Las importaciones de azúcar que el Gobierno determine efectuar, en desarrollo de la autorización que le confiere el artículo 4° de la Ley 203 de 1936, se harán por la Caja, de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero, previa orden escrita del Ministerio de Agricultura, el cual dará, las instrucciones sobre cantidad, calidad, lugar de destino, empaque y demás especificaciones necesarias para cada pedido.
