La cantidad necesaria para pagar dichos sueldos se considerara incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la actual vigencia y se pagara con la misma preferencia que se de a los sueldos del personal de la Presidencia de la Republica y Ministerio del Despacho Ejecutivo.
