Para los efectos del Régimen Disciplinario de la Escuela, se considera incorporado a este Estatuto el capitulo IV del Decreto número 1817 de 1964 (artículos 118 a 132, inclusive). En tal virtud puede el Director de la Escuela imponer las sanciones de que habla el artículo 130 del mencionado Capítulo a los empleados y alumnos que hubieren incurrido en faltas contra la disciplina.
