Los contratos de estabilidad jurídica deberán registrarse ante el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, entidad que informará anualmente al Congreso de la República sobre los contratos celebrados, las normas por estos amparadas, los montos de la inversión protegida y el efecto fiscal anual derivado de estos contratos.
