ARTICULO 1º . Durante la vigencia del presente Decreto, suspéndese el grado de consulta para las providencias que decreten preclusión de la investigación por prescripción de la acción o muerte del sindicado, en los procesos que se adelanten por delitos de competencia de los jueces regionales.
