En los remates de Rentas nacionales que se hagan en la capital de la República, serán admitidos como licitadores, no sólo los individuos que hayan hecho sus depósitos en el Banco Central, sino también los que fuera de la capital hagan depósitos á la orden del Administrador de las nuevas Rentas, en las Agencias del Banco Central.
