Si el que examina las cuentas las objeta, del memorial de objeciones se da traslado al responsable por el término de tres días.

Si éste las acepta, el Juez señala un término, que no debe pasar de seis días, para que presente las cuentas reformadas. Presúmese que el que ha rendido las cuentas conviene en las objeciones si no las contradice.
