Si, durante o al término de una verificación realizada bajo el artículo 76F, la DIAN descubre que una empresa ha proporcionado información incorrecta en cuanto al país de origen, la DIAN podrá tomar las acciones apropiadas de conformidad con la normativa aplicable, lo que podrá incluir denegar el ingreso a cualquier mercancía textil o del vestido exportada o producida por la empresa sujeta a la verificación.
