Las asignaciones fijadas por la presente ley no podrán aumentarse por razón de porcientaje en cantidades mayores de cincuenta pesos mensuales para cada empleado que por virtud de ley o decreto ejecutivo haya de prestar servicio adicional a las funciones de su cargo.
