º De conformidad con la autorización del artículo 3º de la Ley 121 de 1919, créanse los siguientes puestos supernumerarios de carácter transitorio, en la Oficina de Cambio de Puerto Colombia, instalada en Barranquilla, con las asignaciones que se expresan: dos Ayudantes primeros, con sesenta pesos ($ 60) cada uno, y, tres Reempacadores, con cuarenta pesos ($40) mensuales cada uno.
