Art. 1919. Si la cosa viciosa ha perecido despues de perfeccionado el contrato de venta, no por eso perderá el comprador el derecho que hubiere tenido a la rebaja del precio, aunque la cosa haya perecido en su poder i por su culpa.

Pero si ha perecido por un efecto del vicio inherente a ella, se seguirán las reglas del artículo precedente.
