Reclasificación de Oficio. Cuando el aportante se clasifique en forma incorrecta y no cumpla con sus obligaciones de la manera que corresponda de acuerdo con su categoría, la entidad administradora procederá a reclasificarlo de oficio. Será exigible el cumplimiento de las obligaciones, conforme a la categoría correspondiente, a partir del momento en que ellas surgieron y su cumplimiento extemporáneo dará lugar a la aplicación de las correspondientes sanciones.
