PECULADO CULPOSO. El que respecto a bienes del Estado o empresas o instituciones en que éste tenga parte, o bienes de particulares cuya administración o custodia se le haya confiado por razón de sus funciones, por culpa dé lugar a que se extravíen, pierdan o dañen, incurrirá en arresto de seis (6) meses a dos (2) años y multa de un mil a veinte mil pesos.
