Artículo sexto. A partir del 1º de enero de 1967 y anualmente, se apropiará con destino al Ministerio de Salud Pública y para los Servicios de Salud seccionales, según distribución que hará el Gobierno, una partida que no será inferior al treinta por ciento (30%) del cálculo del producto del Impuesto sobre las Ventas que haga el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, sin la incorporación de cuyas partidas éste no será aceptado por la Comisión de Presupuesto de la Cámara de Representantes.
