En la escritura se consignarán el nombre, apellido, estado civil, edad y domicilio de los comparecientes. En caso de representación se expresará, además, la clase de ésta y los datos de las personas naturales representadas como si comparecieran directamente, o de las personas jurídicas tal como corresponda según la Ley o los estatutos, indicando su domicilio y naturaleza.
