Los vehículos que presten servicio escolar, deberán hallarse en las condiciones mecánicas, de seguridad y comodidad exigidas para todo vehículo; serán fumigados con la frecuencia que dispongan las autoridades de salud; y no podrán en ningún caso transitar velocidad mayor de cuarenta kilómetros por hora.
