º. Autorizase al Gobierno para abrir en el Presupuesto Nacional los créditos adicionales o suplementales a que haya lugar, con base en el aumento de tasas ordenado este Decreto. Estos créditos se abrirán por conducto del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público.
