Artículo octavo. Previo giro de la Dirección General de Presupuesto, la Tesorería General de la República entregará el valor de lo recaudado por concepto del cinco por ciento (5%) , sobre tarifa de hoteles, y el cinco por ciento (5%) sobre pasajes internacionales a la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo S.A. dentro del mes siguiente al de los respectivos recaudos, para lo cual dicha Empresa presentará la correspondiente cuenta de cobro en forma legal.
