Expropiación de otros derechos reales. Cuando se trate de la expropiación de tierras o mejoras cuyo dominio se encuentre desmembrado o afectado por gravámenes distintos al de hipoteca, para el juicio de expropiación se aplicarán las normas contenidas en el Título XXV del Libro Segundo del Código Judicial, en cuanto dice relación a los citados gravámenes o desmembraciones.
