Art. 6º. Las empresas de compactación de sal, sea cual fuere el sistema que en ellas se adopte, no podrán establecerse á una distancia menor de doscientos metros de los puntos en que estén ubicadas las fábricas, minas y vertientes saladas del Gobierno, ni sobre los desagües de dichas minas y fábricas, en una extensión de mil metros.
