ARTICULO 3.1.6.2.31 .- EXPEDICIÓN DEL SEGURO EN ZONAS FRONTERIZAS. Las entidades aseguradoras a las cuales se refiere el presente capitulo deberán expedir seguros de corto plazo que cubran el lapso durante el cual el vehículo permanezca en el país y dispondrán lo pertinente para que en las zonas fronterizas se cuente con las facilidades operativas indispensables para una adecuada y oportuna expedición del seguro.
