Con el fin de combatir el transporte ilegal de gas licuado de petróleo (GLP), el Ministerio de Minas y Energía reglamentará el uso de la Guía Única de Transporte de Gas Licuado de Petróleo de acuerdo con lo previsto en el Capítulo X del Decreto número 4299 de 2005; esta guía se constituye en requisito indispensable para el transporte de este combustible por parte de los agentes de la cadena.
