Artículo III . El Convenio de Varsovia, modificado en La Haya en 1955 y por el presente Protocolo, se aplicará al transporte internacional definido en el artículo I del Convenio si los puntos de partida y de destino mencionados en dicho artículo se encuentran en el territorio de dos Partes del presente Protocolo o en el territorio de una sola Parte, si hay una escala prevista en el territorio de cualquier otro Estado.
