Los Oficiales a que se refieren en el artículo anterior que no completaren los veinte años de servicio sola mente tendrán derecho a que por el tesoro público se les pague un mes del último sueldo correspondiente a su grado por cada año de servicio que hubieren retado en servicio territorial después de su nombramiento.
