º. Modifíquese el artículo 41 del Decreto 2107 de 2001 el cual quedará en la siguiente forma: "artículo 41. La Visa de Negocios tendrá una vigencia de hasta cuatro (4) años para múltiples entradas y autoriza una permanencia hasta por el término de seis (6) meses por cada ingreso. Dicha visa caducará si el extranjero sobrepasa el término de permanencia autorizado."
