º. Autorizase al Bancos la República y al Fondo de Estabilización para que, sin afectar el cupo del Gobierno Nacional, adquieran documentos de los autorizados en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto, y puedan poseerlos durante todo el tiempo que duren vigentes.
