Régimen de Transición. Se establece el siguiente régimen de transición: Los bonos obligatoriamente convertibles en acciones emitidos con anterioridad al 12 de agosto de 2004 podrán contarse como capital secundario de acuerdo con lo previsto en el numeral 2 del artículo 2.21.1.3.6 del presente decreto, a pesar de que no cumplan con el requisito previsto en el literal c) del mismo.
