AUTORIDADES QUE EJERCEN LA VIGILANCIA Y CONTROL. Tienen el carácter de autoridades de policía, para todo lo relacionado con la vigilancia y control de las normas que regulan el trabajo de menores, los siguientes funcionarios: 1º El Director General del Menor Trabajador. 2º Los Jefes de División de la Dirección General del Menor Trabajador. 3º Los Profesionales Universitarios de la División de Control y Vigilancia de la Dirección General del Menor Trabajador . 4º Los Inspectores de las Divisiones Departamentales de Trabajo.
