Los gobernadores cumplirán las funciones que en virtud del artículo anterior se les deleguen, de conformidad con los correspondientes estatutos legales, con las normas de este Decreto y con las que en el futuro se adopten sobre la materia, teniendo en cuenta que al Gobernador se le delega no solamente la función sino la responsabilidad.
