Art. 10. Al Intérprete oficial corresponde la correcta versión la castellana o, a otros idiomas, según se necesite, de los documentos que entren a las Secretarías de Estado y demás oficinas nacionales de la capital; y desempeñará, igualmente, las funciones de Intérprete en las conferencias que tengan, sobre asuntos públicos, los Secretarios de Estado con individuos extranjeros, investidos o no de carácter oficial, que no puedan fácilmente explicarse en castellano.
