El Poder Ejecutivo hará que se devuelva al distrito de la Ciénaga la cantidad pagada en la Aduana de Santamarta por derechos de importacion de ciento veintiun bultos de mazas de hierro, que fueron introducidos por cuenta de dicho distrito, con destino a la construccion de un cementerio público.
